Ho Chi Minh City Auctioned 3,790 Apartment With The Price More Than VND 9,000 Billion

HCM City People’s Committee has approved the auction of land use rights and construction works on land for apartments R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 (3790 apartments) in 38.4 ha in Binh Khanh Ward, District 2.

Accordingly, TP assigns Department of Natural Resources and Environment to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the concerned agencies to guide the Land Development Center in implementing the auction procedures in accordance with the law. Based on the approved plan approved by the City, TPC will sign a contract with TP Asset Services to carry out the auction.

This option serves as the basis for determining the starting price for auction with the total value of land areas as the basis for approving the reserve price of over VND 9,144 billion. Split into two projects.

Apartment project of 1,570 apartments in Binh Khanh Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

Project 1 (lots R1, 2, 3) with 2,220 apartments with the starting price of VND5,619 billion.

Project 2 (Lot R4, 5) with 1,570 units with the starting price as the basis of the auction is more than VND3,534 billion.
