Ho Chi Minh City Calls For Intersection Investments In The Northwest Urban Zone

(NQL) – The HCM City People’s Committee has assigned the Management Board of the Northwest Urban Area in coordination with the Department of Planning and Investment to publicly to announce information about the project of repairing and upgrading Tam Tan Street and constructing traffic junction at The intersection of the road leading to the An Ha bridge in the North West urban area in the form of public-private partnerships (BT contracts) to invite the units proposing projects.

The Department of Planning and Investment was assigned to assess the results of BOT implementation and BT projects in the recent time and report to the People’s Committee in 10/2017.

Previously, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has approved the local adjustment of the planning zoning 1/2000 scale in the Northwest urban area to create conditions for people to stabilize their lives, ensure the Plannings and improve the existing residential area in harmony with the new urban development area.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment was assigned to coordinate with the Department of Construction to continue to find out solutions on land and construction policies and mechanisms; Ensure adequate benefits for the people in the existing residential areas, renovations, and other areas while waiting for the implementation of urban planning North West.
