Ho Chi Minh City: Found a construction work stealing water

A building under construction at Ward 10 (District 5) has illegally connected with the water supply of Cho Lon Water Supply Company.

About 14 hours on May 30, during the inspection at the road Tan Da (Ward 10, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City), Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company has discovered a construction work construction zone Tan Da – Ham Tu commercial office building is connected illegally with the water supply of Cho Lon Water Supply JSC. This water has been used by the contractor to irrigate the project, drainage is widespread in the area under construction, causing water losses.

The owner of the water theft, for the runaway water has caused large losses of water.

According to Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company, at the time of inspection, the task force discovered that the construction unit had dismantled the unprotected 100 uPVC pipeline from Tan Da to Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street at length. 70 m and manually connected to the pipe system with 100 uPVC to steal the water used for the building, causing damage to the company.

Water pipes, water meters are thrown into this unit.

After that, the representative of Cho Lon Water Supply JSC made the record and cut the pipe system. Then contact the owner, this unit can not be present at the scene because of unexpected work.

“Next time, Cho Lon Water Supply Joint-Stock Company will invite the investor of the apartment to contact for compensation.
