Ho Chi Minh City: Officially Passed The Overpass In The Six-Way Intersections In Go Vap

This morning, October 31st, the HCM City Department of Transport and Communications has organized the remaining bus to Pham Ngu Lao – Nguyen Oanh street, which heads to the 6-way intersections in Go Vap district.

After 5 months of construction, the remaining Y-shaped bridge at Go Vap junction was put into use. According to the HCM City Department of Transportation, the project will reduce traffic jams by 80% at this intersection. The exit of the overpass resolve 1/37 of the congestion of Ho Chi Minh City and the area of Tan Son Nhat Airport.

According to the design, the second bridge is 280m long, 6m wide for two lanes to circulate and renovate the drainage system, installing lights, planting trees … Previously, in January- The project has completed and put into operation the first overpass of Nguyen Oanh – Nguyen Kiem for 4 lanes of traffic.

The project has a total investment of over VND 405.7 billion (for both overpasses), invested by the Urban Traffic Management No.3 (under the Department of Transportation and Transport of Ho Chi Minh City).
