Ho Chi Minh City: Raise the price of land clearance compensation in District 2, Thu Duc, Can Gio

Ho Chi Minh City will raise land clearance compensation price from 2.35 to 28.4 times higher than the land price list in three projects in District 2, Thu Duc and Can Gio.

City People’s Committee Ho Chi Minh City has just approved the land price adjustment coefficient to calculate compensation, support clearance in anti-landslide embankment projects along the Saigon river, the section from the canal bridge to small bridge to the project of the Joint Stock Company from Van Phuc Real Estate, located in Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc District.

Specifically, the adjustment coefficient of residential land prices from 5.56 to 5.98 and agricultural land from 21.02 to 28.402. For activities in support of training, job conversion and job hunting for households and individuals, when the State recovers agricultural land from households or individuals directly engaged in agricultural production, the coefficient is 5.

People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City also approved the adjustment coefficient of agricultural land for aquaculture to calculate the compensation and support in the project of building the Gore Tre 2, Ly Nhon commune, Can Gio district from 2.35 to 2.94 . For the level of support for training, job conversion and job search for households and individuals when the State recovers agricultural land from households and individuals directly engaged in agricultural production, the coefficient of 2 – 3,344.

In addition, People’s Committee of HCM also approved the addition of residential land price to calculate the compensation and support at No. 142A, Le Van Thinh Street, Quarter 1, Cat Lai Ward in the project of high quality Cat Lai and entrance to the school in Cat Lai and Binh Truong Tay Ward, District 2 is VND 16,377,000 / sqm.
