Hoa Binh built the roof the tallest building in Da Nang and signed with Hung Loc Phat

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Co (HoSE: HBC) has held the roofing ceremony of the first building and the model apartment of the five-star Wyndham Soleil Danang Hotel- the tallest building in Da Nang.

Wyndham Soleil Danang is designed on the principle of ensuring maximum sea view from the apartments. The project is 2.2 ha including 4 buildings with different sea view (3 condotel and 1 hotel) from 50 to 57 storeys with nearly 2000 apartments. This is an investment by PPC Investment and Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company An Thinh Vietnam. Hoa Binh Construction Group is the contractor for the tunnel and building.

A significant factor of Hoa Binh contractors in this project is the change and improvement of the thinking of the safety of Vietnamese workers, especially the working environment on high-rise and super-high rise projects. Wyndham Soleil Danang project

This is the first project of Hoa Binh in cooperation with PPC An Thinh Viet Nam. Thanks to the success of the first phase, Hoa Binh continues to be the investor assigned to build phase 2. This is the remaining three towers of this project.

Prior to that, Hoa Binh also signed a strategic partnership agreement with Hung Loc Phat at the launch of Green Star Sky Garden.

Accordingly, Hung Loc Phat assigned Hoa Binh as a contractor to build projects invested by Hung Loc Phat, project development. Hoa Binh province prioritizes the highest level of security for projects.

This is the result of the construction of The Golden Star project (District 7, HCMC) – the first project that the two sides cooperate. In this project, Hoa Binh has created the absolute trust of the owner when the roof over time, high quality products and ensure absolute safety. It is expected that the project will be completed in the second quarter of 2018. This strategic cooperation event marked a significant development in the relationship between the two companies.

It is known that in 2018, Hung Loc Phat will deploy many large-scale projects in the city. The Green Star Project (2 blocks with 26 floors, 903 apartments and 111 villas), The Blue Star project (7 blocks with 32 floors, 1,600 apartments).
