Hoa Binh commenced the third phase of Celadon City project worth nearly VND 660 billion


On July 11, 2018, Gamuda Land Joint Stock Company and Hoa Binh Construction Joint Stock Company (HBC) commenced the third phase of Celadon City (Tan Phu District, HCMC).

This is the latest phase 3 package contracted by Gamuda Land, including 366 apartments block E, 303 apartments block F, part basement, part of the floor with a value of nearly VND660 billion. At present, Hoa Binh has completed the tunnel and is constructing the body of phase 1 and 2 of the project.

To add this package, Gamuda Land has delivered all three phases Lot A1 of Celadon City project for Hoa Binh including six towers with 16 storeys with a total value of up to VND2.265 billion. This clearly demonstrates the trust of Gamuda owner when deciding to choose Hoa Binh to run multiple projects in a row.

In addition, its member company, Jesco Hoa Binh (JHE), also won the first and second power package of VND200 billion and is negotiating the third phase of the M & E contract. JHE is currently executing some big projects such as Sunrise City View, Serenity Sky Villa, Diamond Lotus … with 2018 revenue expected over VND500 billion.

In addition, Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company No. 3 has also handed over Hoa Binh package of construction drawing design and construction of the raw material for the project of residential area of ​​apartment building No. 15-16 (Long Bien District). , With a provisional amount of about VND576 billion, expected completion in February 2019.
