ICC Kajima joins the second Wink Hotels in Da Nang

Indochina Kajima Development Limited (ICC Kajima), a developer of hotel chain Wink Hotels, has just landed a plot of land along the Han River to build the hotel.

Wink Hotels, a hotel brand of Indochina Vanguard Hotels (ICC-Vanguard), has just completed its third project in the international hotel chain.

ICC Kajima joins the second Wink Hotels in Da Nang

This project is located at B4-15 Tran Hung Dao street, Da Nang city with total investment of $40 million. This is a complex of Wink Hotel hotels, serviced apartments with Wink Suites brand and dining and entertainment areas.

This complex is 25 storeys high, with a 60m long lobby, overlooking the Han line. The first three floors are the system of restaurants, bars, food and entertainment. The remaining 22 floors include 252 hotel rooms and 70 Wink Suites serviced apartments.

Compared with the first two Wink Hotels in 75 Nguyen Binh Khiem, Ho Chi Minh City and 178 Tran Phu, Da Nang, Wink Hotels Tran Hung Dao is the most ambitious project of ICC Kajima.

ICC Kajima is urgently completing pre-project legal work and working closely with AW² to finalize the project design. AW² is a Paris-based company that specializes in architectural and interior design for international projects.

Mr. Tuan Bui, General Director of ICC-Kajima, commented: “With the location along the Han River in the dynamic commercial and entertainment center of Danang, Wink Hotels Tran Hung Dao is a very project. Potential and prominent. This project will certainly bring a new hotel style and a new travel experience for both business and leisure travelers. “

Wink Hotels Tran Hung Dao is the second project of Wink Hotels in Da Nang (previously announced at 178 Tran Phu on the other side of the Han River), expected to open in early 2021.

Under the plan, ICC Kajima will develop 20 hotels across Vietnam and neighboring areas in Indochina over the next five years.
