The investor confirmed that after filling Thanh Cong reservoir to build the resettlement site, it would be reimbursed by adjusting the boundary extension of the lake into the new residential area.

VIHAJICO reckoned that the proposal was to ensure the feasibility of the blueprint to increase utility for new residential areas, create a clean land fund to immediately deploy the resettlement without moving people to temporary areas, avoid disturbing the lives of people.
