Jamona Golden Silk Officially Launched

Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Sacomreal) officially launches the Jamona Golden Silk project located at Bui Van Ba, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

This is considered the blockbuster project of Sacomreal in 2016 with the investment of more than 2200 billion. Jamona Golden Silk – a high-end urban area with 31 utilities – total area of over 7.6ha pairs the flow of Cau Kinh River and Ben Ngua canal. With its perfect location, Jamona Golden Silk is one of the last remaining closed projects in the Southern Golden Land Fund – the key economic zone of Ho Chi Minh City. At this stage, Sacomreal prefers to introduce the low-rise area of 226 villas and commercial houses in the form of exclusive distribution under the basket of goods through the units: G7, HBH-S, Sacomreal-S and Thien Minh.

The project consists of three main areas: Cashmere Mansion, Chiffon Villa and Sari Residence; they are connected by Ngoc Lan Street or Diep Vang Street.
