JLL cooperated with CapitaLand Vietnam to manage two major projects

JLL has officially become the management unit of two projects of CapitaLand Vietnam namely Vista Verde (in HCMC) and Mulberry Lane (in Hanoi).

Vista Verde has a total area of ​​34,056 sqm, located in Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2. The project has four towers, providing a total of 1,152 medium- high-end apartments to the market. The investor is expected to complete in mid-2017.

Mulberry is located in Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi with an area of ​​24,466 sqm. The project consists of 5 high-rise towers of 27 to 35 floors, providing 1,478 luxury apartments with a variety of areas. The project has been put into operation.
