Kajima – Hoa Binh Joint Venture As A Contractor AEON Mall Ha Dong Worth More Than $91 Million

AEON MALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. has sent the winning bid letter to Kajima – Hoa Binh. Accordingly, Kajima – Hoa Binh Joint Venture will be appointed as General Contractor for D & B project of AEON Mall Ha Dong (Ha Dong District, Hanoi) with the total value of $9 million.

AEON Mall Ha Dong has a scale of 1 basement, 1 ground floor and 3 floors with a total construction area of over 150,000 sqm. Total design and construction time is 25 months, is expected to open in late 2019 when it becomes one of the largest commercial centers in Vietnam.

AEON Mall Ha Dong is the first project jointly implemented by Kajima – Hoa Binh. Previously, in February 2017 Kajima Vietnam Co., Ltd and Hoa Binh Group Joint Stock Company signed a strategic cooperation in the field of construction.

The highlight of the project is the parking lot with capacity of several thousand cars – whereby AEON Mall Ha Dong will act as a transit point

This is also the first project AeonMall Vietnam contracted for Kajima Alliance – Hoa Binh, 04 projects before assigned to Obayashi.

Besides Hoa Binh AEON Mall, Hoa Binh has just won the contract for Risemount Apartment Danang project, which is the first phase of Movenpick Hotels & Residences and Risemount Apartment Danang up to $81.8 million.

The project has two basements and 30 storeys high by PAVNC JSC is the investor, Hoa Binh is the main contractor construction basement, the value of more than $10.64 million. This project was contracted and kicked off on November 14th, 2017.
