Khang Dien Built The First Apartment In District 9

After years of concentrating on the development of townhouses and villas, Khang Dien Company has marked the passage of the apartment building by the project in Song Hanh Street, District 9.

On February 21, Khang Dien Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement with Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation to build the first apartment project by Khang Independent development in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Truong Quang Nhat – Vice Chairman of Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Hoa Binh Company and Mrs. Ngo Thi Mai Chi, Deputy General Director of Khang Dien Company signed the cooperation in witness of Chairman of Board Governance of the two parties

The project is located right at the front of Song Hanh street with high-speed Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh – Dau Giay, adjacent to District 2 with about 900 apartments designed modernly on 4 blocks and utility clusters. Full of pool, spillway, coffee shophouse, school, gym, children’s play area …

This residence offers young families a perfect retreat with three types of 1-2 bedroom apartments and Duplex, flexible area for customers to choose. The apartments are designed with large windows and large balconies.
