However, most of the plots in this resettlement site are unoccupied and have been abandoned for many years. The desolate landscape, covering all 45 blocks of the apartment.
The resettlement area of Phu My Ward, District 7 has 3,070 apartments. The project is located on the main roads such as Huynh Tan Phat, Nguyen Huu Tho and Nguyen Luong Bang and close to Phu My Hung urban area, but also in poor condition.
