Land Compensation Price In District 2 Is Nearly 84 Times

The coefficient of land price adjustment to calculate the compensation for the construction of a road connecting Nguyen Van Huong to Ha Noi Highway in District 2 is 300,14 – 835,947 times higher than the land price list.

HCM City People’s Committee has recently approved land price adjustment coefficient to calculate compensation and support for resettlement of road construction investment project connecting Nguyen Van Huong street to Hanoi Highway in District 2.

Specifically, for land in Nguyen Van Huong (from Nguyen Cu to Xuan Thuy), Quoc Huong asphalt road (section from Quoc Huong to Den 2 bridge), road cement line 49B (section from road number 49B to land lot No. 57), road No. 54 (section from 49B road to the Saigon river) and the cement road No. 54 (section from Road No. 54 to land lot No. 58) shall have a coefficient of adjustment of land price from 3, 9387-54629.

Thao Dien District 2 will have a direct access road to Hanoi Highway

For an agricultural land of Nguyen Van Huong street, from Nguyen Cu street to Xuan Thuy street, at the end of Road No. 49B, the road of 49B from Road No. 49B to Road No. 57, Road No. 54 from Road No. 49B to River Sai Gon, street of cement road No. 54, a front of Nguyen Van Huong street in a residential area has a coefficient of a land price adjustment from 16.8421 to 83.5947.

For resettlement land road 64-CL under the internal road, 12m wide road Lot C2-03 of the 11-17 road, 64-CL road internal road 12m, on the side adjacent to Lot C2- 03 of the 18th road, 64-CL Road belongs to the internal road of 12m width C2-03 lot of the corner lot 10, 46-CL road belongs to the internal road, the road is 24m C2-03 lot of the 2-8 46-CL road belonging to the 24 m road and 46-CL road belonging to the internal road, 24 m wide. C2-03 lot of corner plot No. 9 has a coefficient of adjustment of land price from 3.0014 to 5.11133.
