HCMC People’s Committee has issued Decision 35/2015 / QĐ-UBND regulating the adjustment coefficient of land price in 2015 in the city.
Accordingly, it is worth noting that the regulations on the issuance of land price adjustment coefficients apply to each area and the land use purpose instead of only according to the location and area as before.
Specifically, from land price coefficient adjusted is applied to land for business services, commerce, finance, restaurants, hotels, houses for rent and offices in District 1, District 3 4, District 5, District 10, District 11, Tan Binh District and Phu Nhuan District are 2.0.

Where a land plot or parcel of land fulfills its financial obligations at the contiguous position of two fronts or more, of which the road is named in the land price index, land price coefficient adjusted shall be increased by 10% compared the coefficients mentioned above.
For land areas or land plots with land use coefficients of between 6.0 and under under 8.0, land price coefficient adjusted shall be increased by 5% compared to the land price coefficient prescribed.

Particularly for households and individuals that are recognized by the State for the right to use residential land, the conversion of land use purpose into residential land for the area of residential land in excess of the quota, land price coefficient adjusted shall be one time Land price is regulated by the City People’s Committee.
Decision 35 came into force on July 24.
