How has the land price of District 9 increased?

Compared to the beginning of the earthquake in March 2017, the land price of District 9 has increased by 13.19%.

Accordingly, the latest survey from gachvang.com shows that compared to March 1977, the start of the outbreak of land fever in the coastal areas, including District 9, the current land price at 13.19% higher. If compared with January, land prices have increased about 8% in just two months. Average price is about VND38.86 million/sqm.

Specifically, in early 2017, the average land price in District 9 fell to VND 32.2 million / sqm. From April to May 2017, the price of land in District 9 reached the highest with more than VND38.2 million/ sqm. After land fever interventions by city authorities, the land price tends to decrease, to about VND35 million /sqm by the end of 2017. However, by February 2018, prices increased sharply and jumped up to VND38.86 million / sqm.
