The Empire Group also applies the minimum profit commitment of 12% per annum for 8 consecutive years for customers – much higher profit than other projects which are often ranges from 8 to 10% per year.

After the committed period, the profit sharing rate in Coco Skyline Resort’s business is worth considering. Specifically, the owner will receive 80% of the profits from the apartment rental from the 9th year.

With the condotel type, investors can be assured if they sub-lease it to the investor. Of course, in order to ensure profitability in this case, the owner must have a good reputation, have a good business strategy and, most importantly, be professional when operating the tourism service.
