MIK Group – to be consistent with high-end real estate segment

Since the opening for sale of the Park Riverside project (phase 1) by the end of 2015, MIK Group has not launched any new project in HCM City yet but it is quietly preparing new products to launch to the market. Until recently, information about the “Venice city” with multicolored architecture in the East region was introduced, MIK Group developer brand became prominent in the Southern region media.

Especially in the launch event of Park Riverside Premium held by 3 official distributors LinkHouse, Unihomes and ERA Vietnam on August 6 at Gem Center (District 1, HCMC), MIK Group has re-appeared in the high-end segment with more than 200 successful transactions.

In the context of a number of enterprises turning to invest in popular real estate products, MIK Group is still persistent with the goal of constantly creating high-class living space.

To be assessed as a phenomenon in the real estate development in recent years, the number of projects developed by MIK Group rapidly  increased to dozens. Focusing on three major markets: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc with medium luxury to high-end luxury such as Imperia Garden, Imperia Sky Garden and Valencia Garden in Hanoi; Imperia An Phu, Villa Park, River Park, Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City; Mövenpick Resort, Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay in Phu Quoc Island, … from diversified types of houses in big cities to resort real estates.

After a period of silently monitoring market developments and preparing enough necessary and sufficient conditions, MIK Group has re-appeared at the launch event of the Park Riverside Premium project over the weekend.

At the end of the event, the organizers said there were more than 200 successful deals, which made booking rate at Park Reserve Premium reach 65 percent on the total of 319 townhouses – villas only after hours of launch.

MIK Group has a tradition of fast sales, almost all projects developed by this unit consume 90% after only after 2-3 months opened for sales. Recognizing the atmosphere at the  event on August 6, the distribution units expect Park Riverside Premium will soon break record, sales volume will exceed 90% by the end of this month.

Representatives of MIK Group also disclosed that, in addition to Park Riverside Premium, the group will launch an additional project in the East region in 2017 to provide various choice for customers trusting in the MIK Group brand.
