More than 300 condotel condos at Aloha Beach Village are owned

The Australia-based group, the developer of the Aloha Beach Village project, said more than 300 condotel condos in the project have been sold.

Aloha Beach Village is the largest “resort” resort in Ham Thuan Nam area, Binh Thuan province, which was dubbed as “Mui Ne second”, which held the semi-finals of the Miss Universe 2017. .

Aloha Beach Village with a project of trade – service – tourism – resort scale of 15ha, invested more than VND3.200 billion, was built in the style of Hawaii.

The project integrates the class facilities such as swimming pools by the sea, restaurants, hotels, luxury business center, gym, spa, tennis court, mini football field, bar club, dragon observatory. In particular, within the project is the Wine Residences, store the secret of distilling more than 100 rare wine. Beside that, the ice place, where the stone carvings display, the first tourist service appeared in Binh Thuan province.

With 5000 apartments, shop houses, townhouses and many single, duplex villas, Aloha successfully opened more than 300 apartments in the first phase of the project. In the second phase, Aloha Beach Village will open the sale of beach resorts.
