On June 25, Nam Long Investment Corporation (NLG) kicked off the Waterpoint urban area in An Thanh commune, Ben Luc district, Long An province. This is one of the key projects of Nam Long in the next 10 years.
With a scale of 355 hectares, the Waterpoint urban area project is located in front of Provincial Road 830, extending from Duc Hoa Town to Sai Gon – Trung Luong Highway and Highway 1, Ben Luc Town Center; The remaining three sides are surrounded by Vam Co Dong River. The project owns traffic junction in both road, waterway and railway connecting directly with HCMC and Mekong Delta.
From Waterpoint moved to downtown. Ho Chi Minh City or Phu My Hung takes only 30-45 minutes by car along Vo Van Kiet – Highway 1 or Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard and also take the same time to travel by waterway along Ben Luc River, Cho Dem river to Bach Dang wharf (District 1) and Tan Thuan port (District 7). From Waterpoint to Tan Son Nhat Depot 3A at Tan Kien (Binh Chanh) to the city center takes about 5 minutes.
From Waterpoint it is easy to access Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway and Ring Road 4 – two arterial traffic routes connecting the provinces and cities of the Southern Key Economic Zone.
Waterpoint includes low-rise residential buildings (townhouses, villas) and high-rises (apartment buildings); office complex; shopping, service and entertainment; hospital; preschool education – primary school; University; sports complex …
In phase 1 with an area of 165 hectares, Waterpoint owns a central park of over 20 hectares. This phase is also designed to encourage physical activity with a jogging track, a private bike ride, a 2.5-hectare community living area, and an international standard pool. Nam Long will also spend 17 hectares to build a university and an international school, while developing 8 hectares for the commercial and service area and 3 hectares for health care.

According to the plan, the first phase of Waterpoint will be implemented by Nam Long in the next 5 years. Participating in the project development are many experienced partners from Australia, Holland … The investment capital of the first phase is VND 6,900 billion and expected to bring revenue to Nam Long about VND 10,700 billion. In addition to its own funds, the Waterpoint project has received the attention of many international real estate developers, including large real estate corporations from Japan and Malaysia.
