Nam Long earned a profit of VND756 billion, doubling in 2016

In the year 2017, Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Co (coded NLG) achieved over 756 billion dong of after tax profit, doubling its profit in 2016.

According to the financial report, in 2017 Nam Long achieved business results exceeding 15% of profit target set.

For the fourth quarter of 2017, net revenue was VND1,524 billion, up 77% y / y, bringing the total revenue to VND3,161 billion.

The revenue structure of Nam Long includes VND2,239 billion of sales from land sales, townhouses, villas and apartments, accounting for over 70% of total sales; Turnover from the project transfer was VND883 billion, accounting for over 26% of total revenue, the rest came from services, construction and rental of real estate.

Accumulatively, in 2017, Nam Long achieved more than VND 756 billion in after tax profit, nearly doubling its profit in 2016.
