Nam Long joins Japanese fund to invest in Akari City urban area of ​​8.5ha in Binh Tan district

Nam Long Group (NLG) and two Japanese investors Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp and Nishi Nippon Railroad have signed a cooperation agreement and announced Akari City (Akari City) project in Binh Tan District.

According to the agreement, two Japanese and Nam Long investors jointly contributed 50% – 50% to implement Akari City project with a total investment of VND7.676 billion. This will be one of the key projects of Nam Long in the next 3-5 years.

Akari in Japanese means Light, symbolizing freedom, the spirit of abundance. The project is designed in accordance with the idea of ​​”multi-purpose residential city” with vibrant commercial facilities, unique services to serve the needs of culinary, entertainment and education of residents. .

Directly connected to Vo Van Kiet Boulevard – the backbone route connecting from the east to the west of Ho Chi Minh City, Akari City owns a strategic position both in residential and commercial. The project includes more than 4,600 apartments with total floor area of ​​539,000 sqm.
