Nha Trang is about to receive nearly 1,000 apartments and Condotel

On August 15, Nam Tien Lao Cai Joint Stock Company – owner of Scenia Bay apartment project in Nha Trang concluded cooperation contract with InVision Hospitality Hotel Group to manage and operate the project.

Scenia Bay includes more than 700 apartments for sale and more than 270 hotel rooms for lease. By entering into this cooperation, InVision Hospitality will become the management unit of the entire project when the project comes into operation, expected in 2020.

To be constructed on an area of ​​7,666 m2, the Scenia Bay project is located at 25 – 26 Pham Van Dong – Tran Phu street, Nha Trang city. The project has four frontages of Pham Ngoc Thach, Sao Bien, Nguyen Bieu streets and the main facade facing Pham Van Dong Street adjacent to Nha Trang beach.

The project is currently under construction of the foundation and will be officially launched to the market in late September.
