Novaland is to Top 10 Best Annual Report of 2017

This is the 10th year of the HSBC Vietnam Stock Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Investment Review and Dragon Capital. In the field of real estate, Novaland is one of the two companies to be honored in the Top 10 and is the best real estate company in the market in 2016.

For the first time, the two-page Vietnamese-English report, which has a total of over 600 pages, represents Novaland’s efforts and commitment to providing information in the most transparent way possible.

BCN’s Novaland study of the overall economic and real estate market in Vietnam not only provides viewers with more in-depth information, but also the foundation for Novaland to set higher goals.

The contents of the memorandum not only meet the requirements of Vietnamese law; but are gradually learning, improving and adopting better governance practices and international standards. Specifically, the Corporate Governance Report (CG) application of the ASEAN Regional Scorecard – an initiative of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) with the support and cooperation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) – to recognize, evaluate and provide improvement paths in line with the ever-increasing scale of the Company.
