Phu Quoc: Give more than 2,000ha of land to 85 projects

According to the report of the Kien Giang People’s Committee, by the end of December 2017, the Management Board of Phu Quoc Economic Zone has allocated land for 85 projects with the total area of ​​2,103.3ha. In particular, the land allocation is 513.4ha, the land rent is 1,545.3ha, land lease area is 3.39ha.

In addition, the area of ​​land transferred from commercial land, services to residential land area is 42.82 ha.

Specifically, in 2016, Kien Giang province allows the purpose of commercial land to land for Vinpearl Phu Quoc one-member limited liability company at Bai Dai resort, Ganh Dau commune with an area of ​​42.2 ha, then reduced to 40.64 ha.

By December 2017, Kien Giang province continues to allow conversion from commercial land and services to residential land with an area of ​​2.17ha for another company.
