This project is located at the gateway North East of Ho Chi Minh City, about 13 km from the center of District 1, adjacent to Nguyen Duy Trinh, La Xuan Oai, Lien Phuong.
In 2014, this project offered the first phase with the starting price of VND 6.9 million / sqm but the consumption was slow. By the fourth quarter of 2017, the ground of the component projects here is suddenly offered for sale at VND17 million per sqm, which is up VND10.1 million compared to 2014. In fact, land projects located around the Lien Phuong, Nguyen Duy Trinh and La Xuan Oai roads are priced at VND24-30 million / sqm depending on the location.
According to the intelligentsia, district 9’s land prices have been rising sharply due to the resonance of many factors. First is the infrastructure in District 9 and the East is completed. Next, the growing coverage of construction works, plus Samsung’s strong investment near this region, has made land prices in the country continue to heat up. This may cause a domino effect for the HCMC land market, which is a big challenge for the sustainable development of the HCM City real estate market.
