The real estate market has been booming in recent years. In the early years, customers are always passive, now they are more active, forcing owners to refresh themselves to meet the needs of the “god”.
At the seminar “Real Estate Investment Property Portrait 2017”, DKRA gave investors a more objective view of the “gods” today.
Ten years ago, in 2007, when the real estate market was emerging, customers were passive when they only paid close attention to their neighborhoods, working mainly for themselves or their families, or if they invest it would be easy to control.
Today, due to strong technology development, customers have easier access to projects and investors. With the smartphone in hand, they were able to find information about the project, the owner they wanted. Technology will fully answer the investment capital, the reliability of the project.
According to DKRA, this makes it impossible for owners to use their sales tactics, they will focus on transparency in finance and quality.
To create attractiveness with customers, the investors must have attractive promotions and after sales. Customers are also concerned about interest rates. Why interest rates affect the customer’s decision to buy or not. Simply because they compare the sale of the house they bought two years later with how much they will get if send money to the bank, which will be more profitable.
One point to note is that in 2007 most of the customers bought apartments for the fastest profit. Although they have just bought it for 10 days, they are ready to hand over with the profit fluctuating from 30 to 40 million VND. But now, customers focus on long-term investment and more careful in the purchase.
These things have a positive impact on the real estate market, making investors more complete and develop though they will have to face certain difficulties. And above all, the owners need to make changes that can meet the demands of “god” more.
