The GS Metrocity project limits Nha Be to the north and neighboring projects to the north, Nguyen Binh to the south, Nguyen Huu Tho to the east, neighboring residential projects to the west.

The project of GS Metrocity Nha Be will underground all the high voltage power grid through the South area to serve the development. In addition, 3,929m underground cable will be built to replace the 4,140 m of Phu My – Nha Be and Nhon Trach – Nha Be cables.

In particular, the project will devote more than 35 hectares to the construction of public facilities such as education facilities, administrative centers, medical and commercial centers …; 39 hectares for parks and trees; 66 hectares of urban roads and squares.
