• 3% Discount.
• 3 Years Free Management (*)
• 3% Discount if the customer pays in the Fast Payment Schedule.

(*) Note: Customers can choose one of two options as follows:

1. Direct deduction on the selling price of an apartment, OR
2. The owner shall pay the management fee of 16,000 VND / sqm / month for 3 years. Clients will pay the difference in case management fees increase.

(*)Note:

1. Customers can receive the house before the delivery date June 30 2018 when paying 30% of the apartment value.
2. The customer is not allowed to transfer the apartment during the period of receiving temporary housing.
