According to Realestatevietnam, currently the main contractor of the Estella Heights project is Cofico, which is carrying out two towers: Tower 3 and Tower 4 under the second phase of the project. Specifically, tower 3 and tower 4 of the project Estella Heights is currently being deployed to install reinforced concrete floor 35, exterior floor 21 floor, At the same time, the concrete pouring and installation of reinforced concrete floor of commercial area.

Prior to that, two towers of Tower 1 and Tower 2 of phase 1 of Estella Heights were completed and handed over to customers. Utility items around the project are also basically completed and put into use.
