Regarding the progress of construction, currently the main contractor of the project is Hoa Binh is carrying out the floor of all four block apartment. By the time of April 16, 2018, the contractor has executed as follows:

Block A: Fabrication of reinforced concrete, reinforced beam floor 12 floor.

Block B: Fabrication of reinforced concrete, floor beams phase 18.

Block C: Fabrication of reinforcement, floor beams phase 23.

Block D: Fabrication of steel reinforcement, 20 phase floor beams.
