Progress of Masteri Millennium, the “hottest” project in District 4 will be handed over

The completion of construction works at Masteri Millennium project in District 4 is in urgent need of timely delivery in Q2 / Q3 (expected).

Masteri Millennium is one of the most sought after apartments and investors in Ben Van Don area, District 4. The project has been officially launched by Thao Dien Investment owner in Q3 / 2016 with the price ranging from VND46 – 63 million/ sqm. Specifically:

• 1 bedroom apartment priced from VND 2.4 billion to 2.9 billion
• 2 bedrooms apartments priced from VND 3.3 billion to 4.7 billion
• 3 bedrooms apartments cost from VND 5.2 billion to 6.9 billion

Masteri Millennium offers sweeping views of District 4 and the city center with its Bitexco logo. One of the biggest differences of Millennium with the high-end apartments in Ben Van Don area is that the project owns two fronts. Millennium is also the only project in Ho Chi Minh City to provide permanent ownership of Officetel.

According to the latest information that Realestatevietnam has acquired, the current surface painting works outside the Masteri Millennium project is basically completed. Meanwhile, the construction progress in the apartment is happening urgently to timely delivery in the second quarter – 3/2018. Previously in November 1977, the main contractor of the project was Coteccons officially took off the project after 17 months of construction.
