Proposed the ban on land transactions in Northern Van Phong

The People’s Committee of Van Ninh district has sent an official document requesting the provincial People’s Committee and the Khanh Hoa Department of Natural Resources and Environment to allow the district to receive and handle the dossiers on land use right transfer, land use change, according to the provisions of the Land Law.

According to Khanh Hoa province’s leaders, detailed planning on construction of Van Phong special zone has not yet been approved by the competent state agency.
