1. Financial capacity is shown on the latest financial statement.
2. Media credibility is assessed by the method of Media Coding – coding the articles about the business in the media.
3. Survey the people living in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City about the level of satisfaction with real estate products/services, the reliability of the contractor brands and the company producing – Construction materials.

According to Vietnam Report, the companies on these lists have stable financial capacity, experienced in the industry, the brand is trusted by many people and contribute actively to the development of the whole real estate, construction, construction materials in Vietnam in recent times.
