The People’s Committee of Quang Binh province has recently issued a decision to recover nearly 10.3 ha of land in Quang Tho ward, Ba Don town to assign to the joint stock company Pyramid service trade as Ecotourism, convention and entertainment Green Resort.
After the withdrawal, the province will convert the land use purpose of 10ha of agriculture, including 9.3ha of protective forest land and more than 7.2ha of aquaculture land, to non-agricultural land (commercial land ).
Assigned Kim Tu Thap Trading and Service Joint Stock Company to lease the total area of land converted for the purposes mentioned above to be used for the purpose of commercial and service land (construction of eco-tourism, conference and entertainment Green Resort). Land use duration to 31/10/2086. The form of land lease is the payment of annual rent.
With nearly 3.000 sqm of agricultural land remaining, the province is assigned to the People’s Committee of Quang Tho ward in accordance with the law.

As for Kim Tu Thap Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, the company is responsible for preparing the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (DTM) to be submitted to competent authorities for approval before implementation of the project; Establish alternative forest planting plans when changing forest use purposes for other purposes and submit them to the provincial / municipal Agriculture and Rural Development Services for appraisal, then submit them to the provincial People’s Committees for approval according to regulations.
