Quang Binh calls for VND 2,100 billion for Nam Cau Dai project

Quang Binh People’s Committee calls for investment in Nam Cau Dai Urban Project with the total cost of implementing the project (excluding cost of site clearance) is expected to be VND2,100 billion.

Southern Cau Dai Urban Area is located in the West of Nhat Le River from Long Bridge to Nhat Le II, Phu Hai Ward, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh province. It is expected that the project will build commercial housing (less than 2,500 units) and ancillary works, on a total area of ​​36 hectares.

The project implementation period is from 2018 to 2025. Currently, the land for the project has not been cleared, according to information from Dau Thau Newspaper.
