In keeping with the revised Ha Long City Master Plan until 2040 with the 2050 vision in place, the Ministry of Construction believes that the local adjustment area must ensure the linking of existing urban space, ecotourism, ecotourism, tourism services to limit the environmental impact of Ha Long city.
The ministry also noted that Quang Ninh province needs to collect opinions of relevant communities in accordance with the Urban Planning Law 2009 before adjusting the master plan.
Previously, according to the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province, the old planning of Ha Long city was no longer consistent with the reality of renovation and development and many shortcomings. The area of indirect research in the vicinity of Ha Long includes 4 communes in the south of Hoanh Bo district and 2 wards in Quang Yen town.
