Real estate companies led the group of 17 dissolution rates

According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), in the first seven months of 2018, the number of real estate firms completing dissolution increased by 75% over the same period last year, the highest in 17 sectors.

In the past 7 months, the real estate business sector has 3,893 registered enterprises with a capital of nearly VND233,000 billion. Compared to the same period last year, the number of new established businesses in the real estate business in 2018 has increased 43.9% over the same period, the highest increase among the 17 groups of business are statistics .

Real estate business also led the growth rate of enterprises returning to operation in 7 months, up 45.8% over the previous year.

The average registered capital per real estate business was also VND59.8 billion per enterprise.

However, the number of real estate businesses that have suspended their business in the past seven months also topped 17 industry groups with an increase of 46.6% over the same period.

The number of real estate firms that have suspended or failed to register or waited for dissolution in the first seven months also rose to 74.5%.

Particularly, the percentage of enterprises completing dissolution procedures in real estate business increased by 75% compared to the same period last year, the highest among enterprises with dissolved enterprises.

According to the general explanation of the Department of Business Registration Management, since April 1818, localities are actively implementing the standardization and cleaning of data to eliminate the established enterprises from the very long but no longer active

After reviewing, those enterprises are transferred to the status of waiting for dissolution. This is one of the causes leading to an increase in the number of enterprises waiting for dissolution in the first 7 months of 2018, including real estate business.
