Removing 22 Facilities Do Not Conform To Construction Planning

The HCM City People’s Committee has just issued the list and the deadline for establishments to relocate because they do not conform to the urban construction planning in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, in the fourth quarter of this year, there will be 4 establishments to be relocated: Tan Minh Garment and Textile Company Limited (1/2, Nguyen Van Bua, Xuan Thoi Son, Hoc Mon) Phuoc Long B Duck Farm (Do Xuan Hop, Phuoc Long B, District 9) and Phu Huu Aquatic Breeding Farm (Phu Huu, District 9).

By the first quarter of 2017, An Phu cattle feed factory (162, Nguyen Thi Dinh, An Phu, District 2) had to move to new production. Quarter 2/2017, Thu Duc warehouse (3/9, Kha Van Can, Linh Dong, Thu Duc) also have to relocate. Quarter 3/2017 will turn to warehouse 12 (District 2, Nguyen Photo Thu, Tan Chanh Hiep, District 12) to move.

Nam Phong Food Processing Factory will be relocated in the fourth quarter 2017.

In Quarter 4/2017, there are 9 establishments to be relocated: Warehouse District 7 (No. 5/7, Nguyen Van Quy, Tan Thuan Dong, District 7), Warehouse No. 4 (No. 166, Kinh Duong Vuong, An Lac Phu, Phong Duong Warehouse (366, Kinh Duong Vuong, An Lac, Binh Tan), wood processing factory (No. 136A, Tran Quy, Ward 6, District 11) (No. 425 Area A2, Ha Noi Highway, District 9)

Wood processing workshop (No. 576, Hoang Huu Nam, Long Binh, District 9), Cu Chi Agriculture Mechanical Enterprise (No. 402, Highway 22, Tan Lap Hamlet, Tan Thong Hoi, Cu Chi) Food processing factory Nam Phong (No 344, No Trang Long, Ward 13, Binh Thanh).

In the first quarter of 2018, there were 3 Tan Phong storehouses (No. 72, To Ky, Tan Chanh Hiep, District 12), Tan A Warehouse (No. 216/28, Nguyen Van Luong, Ward 11, District 6) and Center An Nhon poultry slaughterhouse (No. 139/1558, Le Duc Tho, Ward 13, Go Vap) must be relocated.

In the second quarter of 2018, there were three facilities: Tan Phong factory (633 To Ky, Trung My Tay, 12), Tan Binh warehouse (1B / KC, Nguyen Ly, Hiep Tan, Tan Phu) Tan Phu street (1Bis / KC, To Hieu, Hiep Tan, Tan Phu district).
