Residents 8B Le Truc again strained banners demanding home

On the morning of October 24, dozens of residents of the 8B Le Truc project (Dien Bien ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi) have bundled their banners in front of the project gate, demanding compensation for the loss.

It is not known that this is the first time the residents of 8B Le Truoc have been stretching their banners. Duong Thi Thu Nga, owner of apartment 1802, said that many times residents asked the investor as well as calling for the authorities to solve the problem of handing over the apartment.

“We have been renting for a few years now, and we just hope that the level we deal with is that we can afford the apartments we bought, let us live like normal people. We do not do anything wrong, we just call for help, not against anyone, “said Nga.

According to Ms. Nga, her family has invested to buy apartments in the project 8B Le Truc with a total amount of up to 7 billion. However, for two years, her family has to rent a house. Rental cost alone has cost more than 100 million dongs, not including interest expenses have been burdened during the past two years. “I had to sell my house and borrow money to buy an apartment at the project, just hoping to live comfortably but maybe somehow this was like this.”

According to Nguyen Thi Hong Xuan, the buyer of the apartment at the 10th floor of the project, residents of 8B Le Tru have repeatedly sent their applications to the central and provincial levels and not get any answers.

“We think that anybody’s wrongdoing must be clearly identified, and the residents are just the buyers.” The people have to ask for housing, we just want to take the house because they have been overdue for a few years, “she said. .

Previously, as VietnamFinance has informed, at the end of August, the investor of 8B Le Truc – Le Truc Garment JSC, held a press conference to announce information about the project. Accordingly, Le Truc company said that the project was built in accordance with detailed planning 1/500 by the People’s Committee of Hanoi for approval. The licensing of 1 storey dwelling, 1 technical floor and 16.1m height reduction is contrary to the approved detailed plan.

“We recommend the authorities to stop immediately dismantle the construction phase 2, compensation for damage to home buyers and investors due to administrative decisions issued in the wrong time” , Le Truc Company stated the point.
