Review The Minimum Area To Separate Before 15 November


It is the latest directive of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on the draft decision to replace the Decision No. 33/2014 stipulating the minimum land area in the city.

After several consultations, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City submitted draft regulations on a minimum area when separating new land to replace Decision 33.

On October 18, Nguyen Thanh Phong – Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee presided over the meeting. Meet with relevant departments to hear this report on the draft new decision but not approved because there are many different opinions.

Recently, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Department of Justice and the concerned agencies and units to conduct a comprehensive review of the law.

Review the minimum area to separate

Land in District 1 includes Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, Go Vap, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Tan Phu.

The most different opinion is the minimum area to separate the plot. City Department of Natural Resources and Environment must submit to the City People’s Committee before November 15, 2017.

Based on the report of the Department, the Chairman of the City People’s Committee assigned Mr. Tran Vinh Tuyen, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee, presided over the meeting with the Association of Enterprises TP, the Association of Real Estate City, the management agencies the State concerned and the District People’s Committee listened to the report on the above content, the guidance to complete the draft before the meeting approved.

According to the draft, the land in District 1 (Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, Go Vap, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh and Tan Phu) The separation shall be 50 m2 (front width not less than 4 m). The second area includes the remaining districts in the city, the area of the separated land and the remaining area must be at least 80 sqm and the width of the land plot is not less than 5 m.
