Riva Park Project Built A Roof After One Year Of Construction

On 9 January, Vietcomreal held the roofing ceremony of the project Riva Park at 504, Nguyen Tat Thanh, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. Hoa Binh took 6 months to build the basement 4,800sqm and 5 months for the reinforced concrete 18 stories.

The Riva Park project is built on an area of approximately 5,000 square meters. Scale project is 18 floors, with 320 apartments area from 58 – 111sqm. Riva Park owns two big fronts, the other side is Ton That Thuyen Park which stretches 3km along the Te canal.

Riva Park project after nearly one year of construction

Nguyen Thi Phuoc, General Director of Vietcomreal, said that the project has exceeded the progress of the construction of the whole project. After 1 year of launching the market with remarkable construction progress, today the project officially built the roof.

General Director of Vietcomreal pledges that the company will continue to coordinate with the construction contractor to concentrate all resources to complete the project on schedule, ensure the quality of the works, meet the expectations of customers have bought and trust the company’s products.

At present, more than 80% of apartments offered for sale are selected by customers. Vietcomreal is continuing to offer incentives for customers wishing to borrow apartments in Riva Park. Accordingly, customers will be entitled to a loan of up to 70% of the value of the apartment and be paid for 20 years.
