River park Hanoi to position its brand by difference

Especially, the investor of Rivera Park Hanoi has expanded the area of green space on the first floor to 75% of the total land area with living community room for residents with area of nearly 5.000m2.

“This is one of the projects with the highest green space are in the capital at present,” said Mr. Ha. He said that for the first time at Rivera Park, the service is identified as one of the main criteria when evaluating apartment quality.

In addition to basic services, Rivera Park offers virtually all services meeting the demands of residents such as high-end residential passenger transportation, rental apartment management, babysitting, household cleaning, apartment repairs …

Late last week, Long Giang Land officially opened the typical floor of the project. It is expected that the project will be roof top before July 30 as set out in schedule.

Currently, the investor is accelerate the completion of the apartments of the project to be able to hand over the apartment as the progress in the contract: to hand over apartment of tower B before March 30, 2018 ; to hand over Tower A’ s apartments before September 30, 2018.

Upon completion, the Rivera Park Hanoi project will supply 666 high-end apartments with flexible area from 76 – 116 m2, promising to become one of the high quality high-grade luxury apartment projects in Thanh Xuan district.

The project has total land area of 11.234m2, of which the total floor area is 77.435m2. The project has 22 floors and 2 basements (not including technical floor). The area of the internal road, green park of the project is 7,900 m2.
