After 14 years named Sacomreal, this real estate company officially changed its brand name to TTC Land and expanded its real estate business. Along with Realestatevietnam, the projects that have been implemented by Sacomreal:

On March 29, 2018, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Sacomreal – code SCR) officially changed the brand name to TTC Land. Thus, after 14 years named Sacomreal, the real estate business has officially announced the name change. At the same time, TTC Land also expanded its business to real estate, tourism, condominiums, commercial real estate for lease, industrial real estate – logistics and real estate services.

According to statistics, before the name changed to TTC Land, Sacomreal has 14 projects.

7 projects have been implemented

The projects that have been implemented include Jamona Home Resort, Jamona City, Jamona Golden Silk, Carillon 3, Carillon 4, Charmington Plaza, Charmington La Pointe.

Jamona Home Resort is located at 12, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc District. Jamona Home Resort has a total area of ​​91 hectares. On the other hand, Jamona Home Resort is adjacent to Vinh Binh River. The project is developed by TTC Land in the direction of townhouses urban area with many amenities such as marina, swimming pool, park … Jamona Home Resort is expected to supply 238 units. The adjacent villa project Jamona Home Resort is about VND95.5 million / sqm, twin villas  is about  VND70 million / sqm, single villas is about VND66 million / sqm.

Carillon 5 project is a project invested by Sacomreal with total investment of VND259 billion

Carillon 5 project is a succession of the achievements of Sacomreal when developing the project of mid-range apartments. Project Carillon 5 has an area of ​​2.453 sqm with a total investment of VND259 billion. Carillon 5 is located at 284 and 262/3 Luy Ban Bich street, Hoa Thanh ward, Tan Phu district.
