Saigon One Tower and Kenton Residences will be designed and raised to be used soon.

Saigon One Tower is located on the prime street of Ham Nghi – Ton Duc Thang – Vo Van Kiet in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City and is located in an area of 6.672 m2. This is a location with panoramic views of Ho Chi Minh City, District 4 and Thu Thiem New Urban Area in District 2.

The project consists of a five-story basement and 41 floors. Of these, six retail podiums are for retail space of 23,000 square meters. Class A office 34 floors, the rest is high-class apartment 133 international standards.

Located on the front of Nguyen Huu Tho street of Saigon South, Kenton Residences has an area of over 9 hectares with nine towers of 15-35 floors. This project will have 1,640 high-end apartments and a 20,000-square-meter shopping center. It was started in 2009 but in 2011, the whole project was stopped.

Talking to reporters, leaders of the Tai Nguyen Manufacturing Trade and Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Kenton Residences has received a decision of the People’s Committee of HCMC to allow the adjustment of the apartment area. Investors are mobilizing capital to restart the project in the second quarter of 2017.
