Tan Thuan Construction and Investment One Member Limited Liability Company transferred the compensated area at Phuoc Kien Residential Area (Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District) to Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company for more than 32ha at VND1.29 million /sqm.

Mr. Nguyen Thien Nhan also directed to clarify the content, nature, extent and consequences of violations; Responsibilities of relevant individuals and organizations and report to the Standing Committee of the City Party before May 8, 2018.

Earlier, City Party Committee. HCM has announced the sale of 32ha of public land in Phuoc Kien, after information about this business was widely spread in the press.

Therefore, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee did not agree to the sale of this project and requested Tan Thuan Investment and Construction One Member Limited Company to negotiate with the partner to cancel the contract.

At the same time, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee shall direct the settlement of the transfer according to the provisions of law.

Regarding the case, on April 19, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, deputy general director of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Co, said “calm” investors: “In case the contract deals with Tan Thuan Investment and Construction One Member Limited Liability Company has not been successful and will not affect its business as well as the company’s development strategy in the future. “

Mr. Cuong also added that the new land that Quoc Cuong Gia Lai received the land transfer is not compensated land, and “leopard” a lot (the area has been compensated and not interweaving as well. leopard – PV), no frontage and entrance to the land. The company is continuing to compensate land plots of people. When fully compensated, the investor will be recognized for the implementation of the project.

Meanwhile, responding to reporters on April 20, Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan, chairman Quoc Cuong Gia Lai, said that the 32ha land in Phuoc Kien is not public land.

Ms. Loan also affirmed that there was a policy to sell 32ha of land from the City Party Committee. And that there is nothing shady about the project transfer.

“We go to court, even the state must go to court. It is very clear, can not squeeze business, business is not wrong,” said Ms.Loan.
