Sky 9 Is Awarded The Best Mid-Range Apartment In Vietnam

Sky 9 apartment project by Khanh Viet Housing Development Company (KV-NHO) has been honored to receive the Best Affordable Condo Development Award – The best mid-range apartment project in Vietnam in 2016.

This is one of 35 projects announced by the HCM City Department of Construction to be sold, a rental housing formed in 2016.

The Vietnam Property Awards is part of the Asia Property Awards by Ensign Media, the publisher of Property Report, Asia’s premier real estate and architecture publication.

Sky 9 apartment in District 9 is a modern apartment project is planned synchronously

The project of Sky 9 apartment project is invested by the National Development – Khang Viet (KV – NHO) Co., the exclusive Green Land South was honored to receive the Best Affordable Condo Development Award. The best mid-range apartment in Vietnam in 2016 is the best assurance in terms of quality and fulfillment commitments for customers.

At present, the project is in good progress and is expected to be handed over in 2017. However, customers only need to pay 25% of the amount equivalent to VND 192 million, while the remaining amount will be supported by Techcombank loans with preferential interest rates.

At the same time, according to the list published, the floor price for construction of apartment ranges from VND 16-50 million /sm, townhouses from VND 15-163 million/sm and the villa is 60 million/sm.
