Somerset West Point, The Pride on the blacklist of fire safety

The Hanoi Fire Prevention and Fighting Police has just announced a list of 10 completed housing projects that have not met the fire prevention and fighting conditions for acceptance and commissioning.

From April 26th to May 9th, Hanoi Fire Fighting Police in collaboration with C66 organized the fire prevention and control on 10 projects, high-rise buildings approved by C66. The districts of Hoang Mai, Thanh Xuan, Ha Dong, Tay Ho, Cau Giay, Northern Tu Liem and Nam Tu Liem.

CT3 The Pride does not guarantee fire safety

The results showed that 10 such works were completed but did not meet the requirements on fire prevention and extinguishment such as fire extinguishers, fire prevention measures, fire prevention and fighting systems. Therefore, they are not eligible for written acceptance. However, these projects have come into operation, endangering residents.

Notably, there are many big projects such as CT3 building of The Pride project of Hai Phat Investment JSC, C tower – VC2 Golden Silk of Vinaconex 2 or Somerset West Point of Ha Noi of Golden Villa Co., Ltd

At the inspection, the fire police in Hanoi has asked the investor to quickly overcome the restrictions on fire prevention and control, not put the house into operation without C66 issued confirmation of acceptance.

In the coming time, after the owner has completed the repair, the City Fire Fighting Police will continue to coordinate with C66 to organize the acceptance of the works.
