Therefore, the State Appraisal Council shall submit to the Prime Minister for permission the council to hire domestic consultants to verify the project feasibility study reports, which shall serve as a basis for calculation and determination of total investment capital of the project.

At the same time, propose the Prime Minister to assign the Minister of Planning and Investment (Chairman of the State Appraisal Council) to hire consultants to verify the project feasibility study reports according to the provisions of the Bidding Law.

“The cost of hiring consultants is over VND1.3 billion. The Funds for appraisal and verification are included in the total project investment and arranged by the provincial People’s Committee at the request of the State Appraisal Council, “the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s written statement.

Specifically, the total land acquisition of the project is nearly 5,400 hectares, of which the priority area clearance of 1,165 hectares of the first phase of the project. Total number of households with land acquisition is 4,864 households with more than 15,500 people and 26 organizations using land.

Total investment for land acquisition, compensation, support, resettlement is 23,000 billion.
